Washington Elementary STP

All meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the school library.  The following are the scheduled dates:

Position

Description of Duties

President

The duties include running the meetings, prepare agenda, co-chair all events, responsible for finances of STP in conjunction with the Treasurer, sign checks, etc.

Vice President

The duties include aiding the President or taking over the duties of the President in the absence or disability of the officer.  They also arrange for the babysitter for meeting nights, arrange the incentive program for the meeting attendance, sign checks, etc.

Secretary

The duties include taking minutes at all meetings, distributing meeting reminders and any notes that need to be sent to parents, sending thank you notes, sign checks, etc.

Treasurer

The duties include preparing financial statements to provide at every meeting or upon request, distribute funds when approved, acquire approvals to disperse funds, keep all financial records, have financial information audited by at least two parents annually, sign checks, etc.
